BOARD PRESIDENT

Originally moving to Salem in the 90’s to play with the Cascade Surge, Orozco has had a key role in shaping the Salem soccer community. Orozco began coaching with Capital FC over 10 years ago and has served as the board president since 2019.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Box has been the Executive Director since 2011 and has helped lead a revitalization of Capital Futbol Club in Salem.

Box also serves as the Assistant Director for Coerver Coaching NW. He holds his Coerver Coaching Youth Diploma 1 and 2, USC Director of Coaching Diploma, and USYS National Youth License. A Salem native, Box graduated as valedictorian of South Salem High School. He received his BA and graduated summa cum laude from Corban University in 2010.

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Wentworth joined the Capital FC team in 2019 as the Director of Coaching. Bringing a wealth of knowledge to the club, Wentworth holds his USC DOC Diploma, USSF A “Youth” License, and USSF Instructors License.

Wentworth is well respected across the national soccer community and grew up in the Northwest, calling Woodburn his home for some time and playing in the Willamette League as a young adult. He is deeply dedicated to teaching kids the game of soccer at all ages and ability levels.
